    My experience was disappointing and inconsistent. While the rooms were maintained with fresh towels, the bathroom cleanliness didn't meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. I found the service erratic, with some staff being dismissive rather than friendly. This hotel seemed far from the high standard they advertise.

    Nothing at all!!! The quality of the rooms are terrible. It is best to book a a room at the hotel right next to it, called the Fairmont Towers. It is only $30 more per night, but it is in a different league!!!

    Fantastic hotel with good service and stunning location just off the detailed pathway. Hot and varied selection for breakfast with tasty cakes. Early check-in and late check-out, amiable staff.
